Adored Kids Return& Refund Policy
We want you to love every Adored Kids product — that’s why we give you 14 days from delivery to make sure it’s just right.
General Return Rules

You can return or exchange any unused, eligible item within 14 days of delivery (some exceptions apply – see below).

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in new, resellable condition.

Digital downloads (like coloring pages or printables) are non-refundable once delivered.

Shipping fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect or damaged item.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless they arrive damaged or defective):

Blind box items once opened

Plush toys that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging (for hygiene and safety reasons)

Personalized or custom products (such as items printed with a child’s name or custom designs)

Digital products (coloring pages, printables, downloads)

Gift cards

Sale / clearance items
- Any items bought with a discount code are final sale

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
We carefully pack every Adored Kids order, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

Your order number, and
-
Photos of the packaging and the item.
Depending on the situation, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
