Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, depending on the contact information provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

We want you to love your Adored Kids order. If something isn’t right, eligible unused items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Some items are final sale, including digital downloads, gift cards, personalized items, clearance items, and opened plush or blind box products.
If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help.

We carefully pack every Adored order, but if something arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
