Easy Shopping, Simple Returns
At Adored Kids, we want every purchase to bring happiness. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make returns easy and worry-free.
Most eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
We offer free return shipping on eligible U.S. returns.
1. 30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.
Sale items and purchases made with promotional discount codes are also eligible for returns unless specifically marked Final Sale before purchase.
2. How to Return an Item
Returning an eligible item is easy!
- Contact us: Email ask@adoredkids.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- Get your return label: We'll review your request and email you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for eligible U.S. returns.
- Send it back: Simply pack your item securely and ship it using the provided label.
Please contact us before shipping your return.
3. Item Condition
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include their original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.
Items showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing components may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.
4. Blind Boxes & Mystery Collectibles
Unopened, factory-sealed blind boxes and mystery collectibles may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Once the original factory seal has been broken, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Receiving a character different from the one you hoped for is part of the mystery-box experience and does not qualify as a product defect.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can help.
5. Final Sale Items
Products clearly labeled Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds.
This may include selected clearance products, specially discounted items, or other merchandise explicitly identified as Final Sale.
Regular sale items and purchases made with discount codes remain eligible for returns unless clearly marked Final Sale before purchase.
In the unlikely event that a non-returnable or Final Sale item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service team at ask@adoredkids.com.
Final Sale restrictions do not affect your rights regarding damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products under applicable law.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you purchased, we're here to help.
Please contact ask@adoredkids.com as soon as possible, preferably within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the issue, if available.
Our team will review your request and arrange an appropriate refund, replacement, or other resolution.
Your rights under applicable consumer-protection laws remain unaffected.
7. Bundles & Special Offers
Products purchased as part of a bundle or promotional offer are eligible for returns when they meet our return conditions.
To receive a full bundle refund, all items included in the bundle must be returned.
For eligible partial returns, refunds will be calculated based on the promotional discount and the items retained.
Refunds reflect the amount actually paid.
8. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued within 2 business days of approval.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
9. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
